Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Sales Support professional to provide product, system, and contract support to internal sales teams and external partners such as independent sales organizations and third party POS vendors.

You will help identify the appropriate contracts for new merchant relationships, research and resolve compensation issues, process certification requests, maintain pricing information on internal sites, and keep sales teams updated on changes to card schemes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically two or more years of related experience.
• Proficient with MS Office and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide product, system, sales process, and contract support to internal sales teams and/or external sales partners.
• Assist sales staff in identifying the appropriate contract for new merchant relationships.
• Research and resolve compensation issues for both internal and external staff.
• Processes third party certification requests as well as validating certified vendors on the platform.
• Maintains internal websites with current information on card schemes and pricing, and notifies sales teams of changes.
