The candidate will also maintain up-to-date information on card schemes, pricing, and respond to changes, ensuring smooth sales operations and accurate compensation handling.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Typically two or more years of related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide product, system, sales process, and contract support to internal sales teams and external partners.
• Deliver product support including terminal and software demonstrations and tool integration.
• Assist in identifying the appropriate contract for new merchant relationships.
