Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically two or more years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide product, system, sales process, and contract support to internal sales teams and external sales partners.
• Assist sales staff in identifying the appropriate contract for new merchant relationships.
• Research and resolve compensation issues for internal and external sales staff.
• Process third party certification requests and validate certified vendors on the platform.
• Maintain internal websites with current card schemes and pricing information and notify sales teams of changes.
