National Exchange Bank & Trust in Wisconsin seeks a Payments & Recon Representative to join the Deposit Operations team. You will perform system balancing, overdraft analysis, and ACH processing under the guidance of your Team Leader.

The role requires solid math and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively while maintaining confidentiality of customer and bank information. Experience in banking systems and NACHA rules is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate standard office and banking equipment and software including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook and banking systems.
• Six to twelve months of on-the-job training is required to become familiar with departmental policies and procedures.
• Previous banking experience and balancing is preferred.
