Job summary

National Exchange Bank & Trust is seeking a Payments & Recon Representative in Fond du Lac, WI. You will work in the Deposit Operations team under a Team Leader, handling system balancing, overdraft analysis, and ACH processing to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team while handling varying customer and transaction volumes.

Qualifications

• Maintain confidentiality of customer and bank information.
• Proficiency with common office software and banking systems.
• Banking experience and balancing is preferred.
• Knowledge of NACHA rules, Reg J/E/CC preferred.
• 1 year of on-the-job training required to learn policies.

Responsibilities

• Balance system and process transactions within the team.
• Review overdraft activity and manage ACH processing.
• Verify business checks and troubleshoot balancing issues.
• Maintain accuracy across bank general ledger accounts.
• Support the Payments & Recon operations under the Team Leader.
