Job summary

Deutsche Bank is seeking a Production Support Specialist / Service Operations Specialist in Cary, NC. The role supports mission-critical payment processing and FX platforms in a global 24x7 setting, focusing on automation, monitoring, and end-to-end client experience.

You will collaborate across development, infrastructure, and production teams to improve stability, resiliency, and proactive engineering practices, leveraging AI tools for efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting complex production applications in financial services.
• Strong ITIL knowledge and incident management experience.
• Proven SQL scripting and database experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues in a global matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on production support for payments and FX apps, meeting SLAs/OLAs.
• Lead incident and problem management per ITIL and Deutsche Bank standards.
• Analyze application/infrastructure flows to remediate performance and debt issues.
• Automate manual tasks and strengthen monitoring and platform hygiene.
• Participate in SDLC changes and business continuity tests.
• Maintain documentation and coordinate vendor rota/training/governance.
