Job summary

Deutsche Bank seeks a Vice President in Cary, NC to design, test, and implement new payment solutions within Global Technology. You will translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable designs and POCs while ensuring data integrity and STP through SQL-based reconciliation.

The role oversees migration frameworks, HVP flows, and agile roadmaps, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver secure, compliant payments capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 5 years of progressively responsible experience coordinating CBPR+, CHIPS, and Fedwire migration frameworks.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence for tracking payment processing issues and sign-off.
• Ability to translate regulatory mandates into actionable functional designs, POCs, and audit-ready docs.

Responsibilities

• Design, conceptualize, and test new business solutions by identifying risks and impacts.
• Monitor and provide production support for wire payments platforms using established processes.
• Develop reconciliation logic using SQL to ensure STP and data integrity.
• Coordinate regulated payments programs with HVP flows, Agile practices, and delivery roadmaps.
