Redwood Credit Union is seeking a Payments Product Specialist to manage and optimize our payment products and services, focusing on member adoption, portfolio growth, and excellent member experiences.

The role requires collaboration with internal teams, payment networks, and vendors to ensure compliant, competitive product delivery and ongoing improvements. This position emphasizes data analytics and strategic initiative leadership in a not-for-profit financial institution.

Qualifikationen

• Regulatory knowledge of payments incl. Regulation E, Z, UDAAP, PCI DSS, and card network regs.
• Experience driving growth and usage of payments products and services.
• Excellent collaboration and communication across departments, external partners, and the community.
• Ability to plan and deliver internal and external presentations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills for product improvement.
• Understanding of debit, credit, digital wallets, real-time payments, and evolving tech.
• Ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Ability to utilize AI to assist daily functions.
• Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.

• Drive Member usage and acquisition of defined payment channels.
• Educate and promote programs to grow payments product adoption and usage.
• Maintain knowledge of payment products including debit/credit cards and wallets.
• Analyze portfolio data and metrics to identify growth opportunities and enhancements.
• Lead launch and management of payment product initiatives and campaigns.
• Present recommendations to leadership based on data analyses and trends.
• Collaborate across the organization to support product decisions and risk management.
• Monitor industry trends and vendor performance to guide improvements.
