BOK Financial Corporation invites an experienced Senior Consumer Product Manager, Payments to own a diverse portfolio of payment solutions, including Credit Cards, Zelle, Bill Pay, Account-to-Account Transfers, and Instant Payments. Lead strategy, drive innovation, and influence the future direction of consumer and small business payments.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• 5+ years of product management experience or 8–10 years of equivalent work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own the strategy, performance, and roadmap for a portfolio of consumer payment products.
• Analyze customer behavior, portfolio performance, and market trends to identify opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives involving technology, operations, risk, compliance, marketing, and vendors.
• Evaluate emerging payment technologies and competitive offerings for growth opportunities.
• Monitor product performance metrics and communicate insights to business leaders.
