The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency with the Symitar system and Excel, ensuring compliance with NACHA, Dodd-Frank, and internal controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CUNA CPD Online courses preferred.
• 1–3 years of similar payments operations experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process ACH transactions, payroll, disputes, and returns with accurate posting.
• Handle mailed-in items, wires, foreign items, and related vendor files.
• Research and resolve errors, maintain IRS documentation, and perform dual-control procedures.
• Ensure compliance with NACHA, Federal Reserve, Dodd-Frank, and BSA/OFAC requirements.
