Testing Site - JPMC in Columbus, OH seeks a Payments Specialist to join its Banking Operations team. You will process CHAPS payments, including high-value transactions, and support corrections and remediations across various journeys with internal partners.

You will own end-to-end operational support for assigned journeys, handle client inquiries, and collaborate with front and back office to ensure accurate, timely processing and a strong client experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily execution of CHAPS transactions and inquiries with accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle day-to-day transaction processing and operational activities including recalls and indemnity claims.
• Own end-to-end process of operational support for selected journeys in scope, including escalations.
