Raisin is the world’s leading platform for savings and investment products. The Payment Operations Analyst will manage day-to-day payment processing, reconciliation, and risk controls for Raisin’s U.S. platform, working with banks and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate settlements.

You will partner with Engineering, Product, Compliance and partner banks to optimize processes, drive automation, and deliver reliable payment operations while maintaining thorough documentation and governance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 2+ years in fintech/financial services operations analysis.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Experience with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
• Proficiency in data visualization and automation tools (Excel, Looker, SQL).

Aufgaben

• Display high accountability to payment process timeliness, accuracy and reconciliation.
• Be proactive in identifying payment processing or reconciliation issues and resolve with required partners.
• Monitor payment activity to detect fraudulent or suspicious behavior.
• Analyze existing processes and develop actionable recommendations to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, service, partner banks to resolve issues and implement improvements.
• Establish and monitor critical payment operations metrics.
• Identify opportunities for payment process automation with product and engineering teams.
• Conduct data analysis to provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Support customer service and finance teams with operational inquiries.
• Create and maintain precise documentation for processes and procedures.
