• Excellent attention to detail and risk awareness.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency with data analysis, reporting, and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor payment processing activities and investigate exceptions, delays, and transaction failures.
• Execute and oversee manual payment processes while ensuring adherence to established controls and procedures.
• Research, analyze, and resolve payment-related operational issues and incidents.
• Partner with Operations, Technology, Compliance, and Business teams to drive timely issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures, process documentation, and knowledge materials.
• Analyze operational data and trends to identify risks, improve performance, and enhance controls.
• Support implementation of new products, regulatory requirements, and operational initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement across the payment lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, risk standards, and regulatory requirements.
