Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between support, product, and development teams to enhance collaboration and resolution.
• Monitor and respond to internal support tickets with clear, timely, and prioritized communication.
• Analyze tickets and data to identify trends, recurring issues, and patterns across payments systems.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Quilt's payment systems, processors, and integrations.
• Use AI-powered tools to accelerate root cause analysis and surface systemic issues early.
• Consolidate feedback from channels to inform product improvements and priorities.
• Organize regular stakeholder meetings and document processes and updates.
