Job summary

Spokeo is seeking a highly analytical Business Analyst, Payments & Fraud, to drive performance, insight, and continuous improvement across payments and fraud functions. You will support performance monitoring, scalable reporting, and data-driven optimization initiatives, reporting to the SVP of Operations.

You will develop KPIs, write SQL queries, create dashboards in Tableau, and provide insights to improve fraud detection and revenue protection in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business/analytic field.
• 2+ years of experience in business analytics, preferably payments/fraud.
• Strong SQL expertise with large datasets.
• Experience creating dashboards in Tableau.
• Familiarity with Cybersource Decision Manager or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Support payments and fraud KPIs, reporting, and post-launch analysis of new features.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to identify trends and opportunities.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Build and maintain dashboards to monitor fraud trends and payment health.
• Collaborate across teams to inform decisions and optimization.
