Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of processing operations, administration, controls, and all processing phases.
• Experience leading teams, coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Strong project management capabilities with budgets, timelines, and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team analysing fraudulent transactions using data-driven techniques and predictive modelling.
• Continuously measure and improve fraud portfolios performance with high detection rates.
• Develop dashboards and Power BI visuals to improve reporting to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Ravelin Technologies to refine the fraud model and features.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing processing team and manage budgets and continuity.
