The Clearing House is seeking a Payments Education Specialist to leverage knowledge of the United States payment channels to support financial institution members and corporate subscribers. The role develops and delivers payments education using various delivery methods and may execute consulting and compliance engagements under the direction of leadership.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Receives telephone and email inquiries and responds with timely support and/or solutions in order to provide top of the line customer service for our members and others
• Stays current on rules and regulations for the various payment systems
• Works with the team to identify, develop and deliver payments-related education for our members, subscribers and prospects
• Participates in the planning and execution of payments education programming for our members
• Participates in the planning and execution of payments-related contracted engagements and special consulting projects and custom payments education programming for our members
• Represents the company with a professional appearance and conduct
• Participates in internal/external education to ensure expertise and consistency of performance
• Travel required over the course of the year with some seasons heavier than others
