The Clearing House is seeking a Specialist, Payments Compliance to drive audits, risk assessments, and consulting engagements for banks and credit unions across the United States. You will contribute to client education materials and act as a subject matter expert to support education and member benefits.

High attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or with a team are essential.

Formación

• AAP Certification preferred; willingness to obtain within two years if not held.
• 2-5 years of payments compliance and/or FI operations experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to telephone and email inquiries with timely support and solutions for members and clients.
• Plan and execute payments-related audits, assessments, and consulting projects for clients.
• Learn, implement and apply industry audit requirements and risk-based audit methodology.
• Interact professionally with client personnel to efficiently complete engagements.
• Identify opportunities to improve clients’ payments and risk management operations.
• Produce professionally written engagement reports within required formats.
