Responsibilities

• Develop a product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers.
• Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
• Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap.
• Build frameworks and track key product success metrics such as cost, feature, reliability, and risk posture.
• Play a critical role in incident response, facilitating product communication during production outages.
• Demonstrate superior judgment to mitigate risk and foster an environment where risk/control issues are escalated.
• Instill a security-first mindset through coaching and mentorship, identifying growth opportunities throughout the team.
• Communicate effectively and build a shared understanding; invest in relationships and improve collaboration with a “one team” mentality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a related domain.
• Advanced knowledge of product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end product lifecycle activities, including discovery, ideation, strategic development, and value management.
• Understanding of systems development methodologies and ability to manage cross‑functional teams.
• Knowledge of electronic banking products and systems.

Base Pay Range

$122,550.00/yr – $201,000.00/yr
