St. Louis County in Minnesota seeks an Information Specialist II in the Finance & Operations Division of the Public Health & Human Services Department. The role handles processing payments to clients, billing claims via MMIS and MNITS, and posting payments.

You will provide internal and external customer service, set up ACH for clients, and maintain vendor data in MAXIS. Incumbents may be based in Duluth, Ely, Hibbing, or Virginia, depending on preference.

Qualificações

• Three (3) years' full-time paid verifiable experience in a clerical support position.
• Demonstrated ability to operate personal computer-based systems.
• Proficiency in operating word processing software as defined by the Civil Service Commission.
• Ability to type from clear copy at a rate of 40 w.p.m./net.

Responsabilidades

• Processing payments to clients.
• Billing claims through MMIS & MNITS.
• Posting payments received in MMIS and MAXIS.
• Customer service - internal and external.
• ACH setup for clients in MAXIS.
• Vendor maintenance in MAXIS for group residential housing.
