Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Agile practices (SCRUM, KANBAN).
• Proficiency with JIRA, SharePoint and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Plan end-to-end UAT strategy including data, environments, defects and test automation.
• Provide accurate testing estimates in daily scrum meetings.
• Document and execute UAT test scenarios with scripts.
• Use test automation tools to enable efficient E2E testing.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product and Technology groups.
• Identify opportunities to accelerate testing processes and share findings.
• Monitor and report testing defects and re-testing outcomes.

Job responsibilities

• Plan against an End-to-End UAT test strategy, including test data, environments, defect management and test automation.
• Ensure the provision of accurate testing estimates within daily scrum calls.
• Document and execution of UAT test scenarios – identifying specific scenarios and developing test scripts
• Utilize test automation tool to assist the efficient and timely E2E test execution
• Partner closely with Operations, Product and Technology groups
• Identifying opportunities to accelerate and synergies in testing processes for assigned projects and syndicate the information to other team members to validate prior to implementation
• Taking responsibility for the monitoring and reporting of Testing defects and the re-testing process
• Provide updates on Project calls and communications with relevant colleagues

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field
• Experience and understanding of TDD, BDD, CI/CD Automation Framework
• Experience with (Selenium, Python, Java, BDD Cucumber and Data Engineering) Methodologies
• Basic knowledge of Agile Practices like SCRUM, KANBAN, etc.
• Basic knowledge of JIRA, SharePoint, Confluence
• Demonstrated proficiency in data fluency, including experience with data extraction, interpretation, and making data-informed decisions
• Developing technical fluency in relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies, with a curiosity to continuously expand technical knowledge
• Experience in data visualization and analytics
• Strong written communication skills, with a proven ability to effectively translate complex information for diverse stakeholder audiences

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Working knowledge of Payments Message Processing/Validation with formats like ISO20022 pacs.008, pacs.009, pacs.004, pain.001, camt.056, MT, FEDWIRE, CHIPS
• Good understanding of payments data and related mapping areas to implement data driven automation approach
• Experience with funds control and reconciliation
