Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Solutions Analyst III - Automation Test Engineer to bridge product, business and development teams. The role focuses on end-to-end testing, test automation and data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions.

You'll lead integration testing across payments technology, partner with cross-functional teams, and develop scalable automated test frameworks while maintaining clear documentation and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or related field.
• Advanced data visualization capabilities with BI dashboards.
• Strong technical writing skills and ability to translate complex information for diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated expertise in Test Automation & E2E testing with a focus on business and data flow requirements.
• Experience with TDD, BDD, and CI/CD automation frameworks.
• Proven experience in automation testing with Selenium, Python, Groovy, Java, Cucumber, Playwright, Postman/Bruno, SoapUI/Rest API.
• Experience with JIRA, SharePoint, Confluence and agile practices (SCRUM or KANBAN).
• Developing technical fluency across platforms, software tools, and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead Integration Testing and automations across an End-to-End test strategy with test data, environments, defect management, and test automation.
• Identify testing automation opportunities and test synergies within the project.
• Partner closely with Product, Design, Technology and other stakeholders to align testing efforts.
• Define requirements, document user stories and test scripts through to test execution for payments domain.
• Document and execute test scenarios and design test scripts using BDD/DBD methods.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage testing tasks to tight deadlines.
• Automate and maintain regression test suites using Java/Python/Cucumber/Playwright/Selenium.
• Extract insights from large data sets to support data-driven decisions.

As a Solutions Analyst III - Automation Test Engineer within the Commercial and Investment Bank - Payments Technology team, you will aid in bridging the gap between product owners, business, operations, and software developers by leveraging your technical fluency and strong analytical reasoning skills. Your responsibilities will include supporting transformational global initiatives within Test Integration and Implementation (TII) Services. With your adaptability and ability to lead through change, this will enable you to navigate complex situations and manage dependencies effectively. Job responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong organizational skills – ability to dynamically manage and oversee critical testing tasks accurately and to tight deadlines.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field
• Demonstrated proficiency in data analytics, data extraction, interpretation, and making data-informed decisionsincluding, modeling, and interpretation
• Advanced data visualization capabilities, with hands-on experience in implementing and managing BI dashboards
• Strong technical writing skills, with a proven track record of translating complex information into clear and concise documentation for diverse stakeholder audiences
• Demonstrate expertise in Test Automation & E2E testing , with a focus on eliciting and documenting business and data flow requirements
• Experience and understanding of TDD, BDD, CI/CD Automation Framework
• Proven experience in automation testing with Selenium, Python, Groovy, Java, BDD, Cucumber, Playwright, Postman/Bruno, Soap UI/Rest API.
• Experience with JIRA, SharePoint, Confluence and agile practices with SCRUM or KANBAN.
