Qualifications

• 15+ years of software engineering experience delivering large-scale enterprise applications.
• 5+ years of experience leading software engineering teams, including globally distributed organizations.
• Hands-on experience deploying Generative AI/LLMs/AI agents in production with measurable impact.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, API development, and distributed systems design.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of engineers delivering intelligent automation for Payments Operations and Client Servicing.
• Own end-to-end engineering delivery including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Define and execute the engineering roadmap for AI-enabled workflow automation solutions.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership in architecture reviews and key technical decisions.
• Design and deliver scalable software leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and workflow orchestration.
