You will build reports, automate workflows, and leverage AI tools while ensuring data quality and clear metric definitions across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product analytics, data science, or related field owning end-to-end domain.
• Proven track record of self-directed work delivering high-impact fixes.
• Strong SQL and Python skills with production experience in dbt.
• Experience with experimentation and causal inference to justify decisions.
• Familiarity with AI-native tooling and responsible use of outputs.

Responsibilities

• Set analytics agenda for Payments and define key metrics/OKRs.
• Own the Payments analytics relationship and drive deep-dive practices.
• Run experiments and causal inference to base decisions on movement of metrics.
• Build production-grade data models in dbt with tests and docs.
• Automate recurring reporting and leverage AI-assisted workflows.
• Drive executive reporting and adoption across leadership and Product.
• Present confidently to senior stakeholders and defend metrics.
• Collaborate with data engineering and finance to ensure data quality.
