Job summary

BILL is seeking an experienced Product Analytics professional to own Accounts Payable analytics, partnering with Product, Engineering and AP leadership from day one. You will own metrics, run experiments, and build robust dbt models with an emphasis on automated reporting and AI-enabled workflows.

The role offers executive visibility and a measurable impact on product strategy in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product analytics or related quantitative field.
• Advanced SQL and Python proficiency.
• Production experience with dbt or similar tools.
• Fluency in experimentation and causal inference.
• Strong data storytelling to influence product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Set the analytics agenda for Accounts Payable and identify opportunities.
• Define metrics, OKRs, and establish a cadence with Product.
• Run experiments and apply causal inference to inform roadmaps.
• Build production-grade data models in dbt with tests/docs.
• Automate recurring reporting and enable AI-assisted workflows.
• Drive executive reporting and adoption across leadership.
• Present findings to senior stakeholders with confidence.
• Collaborate with data engineering to ensure data quality.
