You will design, build, and maintain services that process massive financial data, ensuring visibility into the money movement lifecycle within Rippling's payments product ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience applying analytics engineering to large datasets.
• Strong SQL proficiency across data development lifecycle.
• Ability to communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze billions of dollars in the Rippling payments platform.
• Build full-cycle analyses using SQL, Python, and other tools; develop real-time dashboards.
• Monitor payment flows and perform daily reconciliations; address discrepancies.
• Develop automated reporting pipelines with engineering, finance, and accounting teams.
• Document reconciliation processes and procedures comprehensively.
• Prepare data and reporting for month-end close and regulatory reporting.
• Deliver findings to stakeholders through clear presentations and reports.
