The City of New York’s Department of Correction is seeking a Payments Analyst within the Budget / Finance Division to oversee vendor payments, verify invoices, and maintain meticulous data and document records.
Reporting to the Director of Budget / Financial Services, the analyst will manage payment vouchers, track documents, and support preparation of reports and materials for leadership review.

The Budget / Finance Division is seeking a Payments Analyst to join their Accounts Payable Unit. The Division is tasked with processing payments for all invoices submitted by vendors providing goods or services to the New York City Department of Correction.
The selected candidate will report directly to the Director of the Budget / Financial Services Division and be responsible for the payments for selected vendors.
