Job summary

Spine Team Texas is seeking a Payment Information Processor (Payment Poster) to ensure accurate posting of EOBs, insurance checks, and patient payments into the system. The role reports to the Patient Financial Services Manager and Director, contributing to the company mission and accurate financial records.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of posting experience, strong detail orientation, and solid communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years posting from EOB and posting charges experience.
• Detail oriented and organizational skills.
• Experience posting payments, and balancing the postings.
• Proficient in communicating in the English language.
• Ability to work either independently or with others.

Responsibilities

• Post all EOBs, insurance checks and patient payments into the system according to contracts.
• Identify when payments are not accurate and ensure proper adjustments for timely billing appeals.
• Ensure balances remain in insurance postings for secondary insurance, and mark File Next for secondary filing.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
