Job summary

Spine Team Texas is seeking a Payment Information Processor responsible for insuring accurate information and posting into the computer system under the Patient Financial Services team.

The role requires a High School diploma, at least 3 years posting from EOB and posting charges, strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in English, with the ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Post all EOBs, Insurance checks, and patient payments into the computer system according to Spine Team Texas insurance contracts.
• Identify when payments are not accurate; balances left in the insurance responsibility and not adjusted to ensure the billing personnel can appeal in a timely manner.
• Ensure the secondary insurance filing by marking 'File Next' so the secondary insurance can be filed.

Job Summary:The Spine Team Texas Payment Information Processor is responsible for insuring accurate information and posting is entered into the computer system. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the mission of Spine Team Texas.
