Job summary

Hyundai Capital America (HCA) is seeking a Payment Servicing Associate to support processes within the Payment Servicing Teams, processing requests across channels, and ensuring timely completion within SLAs, KPI targets, and policy compliance.

This role requires a minimum of 1 year in a fast-paced customer service environment, 10-key data entry proficiency, and comfort interfacing with insurance companies and body shops.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum in a customer service role within a fast-paced office environment.
• Proficiency in 10-key data entry.
• Auto finance experience is a plus.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Process requests in accordance with Payment Servicing SLAs and policy.
• Respond to emails and escalated account issues within SLA.
• Track productivity and provide KPI status updates.
• Coordinate with QA to meet Productivity, Quality, and Compliance standards.
• Generate letters and retain documents per policy.
• Contact insurance companies and body shops as needed.
