Job summary

Hyundai Capital America (HCA) is seeking an Account Servicing Associate to support our account servicing operations. In this role you will process requests received via multiple channels, adhere to SLAs, and ensure timely, accurate handling of all tasks in line with HCA policies.

The position requires at least one year in a customer service role, strong communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Demonstrated business etiquette including verbal, written and interpersonal communication across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Process account servicing requests, including title processes, VPP cancellations, total loss claims, and lease buyout transactions, aligning with established SLAs.
• Respond to emails and resolve escalated account issues within designated timeframes with a customer-centric approach.
• Ensure productivity, quality, and compliance standards are consistently met.
• Prepare, send, and archive documentation in alignment with policies and procedures.
• Make outbound calls to customers, dealers, or third-party contacts to support servicing activities.
