Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking an Initiative Project Leader for the Payment Integrity Unified Ecosystem. This role analyzes and drives standardized processes to eliminate waste and enhance end-to-end efficiency, improving member, provider, and end-user experience.

The leader coordinates business and technology partners, guides new PI solutions, and delivers an end-to-end PI Unified Ecosystem roadmap with cross-functional alignment and measurable results.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field with 8+ years in an operations environment including 7+ years leading large enterprise projects.
• Preferred experience leading cross-functional teams across business, product, operations, digital, and technology partners.
• Strong project leadership, milestone planning, dependencies, risks, and cross-functional execution.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent executive communication and storytelling skills with business case development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PI Unified Ecosystem initiative from assessment through implementation.
• Coordinate across matrixed organizations including Claims, Health Plans, Operations, Finance, IT, and Digital.
• Develop actionable project plans and ensure business controls for sustainable results.
• Establish milestones, manage risks, decisions, and recovery plans to move initiatives forward.
• Communicate program health with objective status updates and executive-ready materials.
• Create an end-to-end roadmap enabling prioritization and cross-functional alignment.
