Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 6+ years in product management, health plan ops, healthcare, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own Payment Integrity product strategy and roadmap aligning with enterprise goals and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and develop Product Owners and ensure clear accountability for outcomes and delivery.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to translate opportunities into prioritized capabilities and executable work.
• Oversee vendor relationships and ensure integrations, performance, and roadmaps meet business needs.
• Use financial, quality, and operational measures to identify gaps and drive corrective actions.
• Drive end-to-end readiness across claims editing and payment integrity workflows, including testing and post-production support.
• Identify risks and dependencies early and present clear options and recommendations.
• Provide direction to the team and foster a positive, growth-oriented environment.
