Job summary

TBK Bank, a subsidiary of Triumph, is seeking a Payment Dispute Analyst to investigate and resolve disputes across debit, ACH, Zelle, and other electronic channels. You will ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will support dispute processing, fraud-related investigations, and risk controls, contributing to continuous improvement in the payments ecosystem and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Experience in payment operations or dispute processing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Regulation E and network rules.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, process, and resolve payment disputes across debit card, ATM, ACH, Zelle, and related electronic transactions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and SLAs.
• Maintain complete, audit-ready case documentation throughout the dispute lifecycle.
• Prepare, submit, monitor, and track chargebacks and compliance cases per network rules.
