Job summary

Boeing is seeking Associate or Experienced Payloads Engineers to join the Interiors Responsibility Center South Carolina (IRCSC) and the 787 Program Interiors team in North Charleston, SC.

You will develop and document payload system requirements, perform tests, manage supplier performance, and advance design processes using CAD tools. Applications welcome for level-appropriate experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related engineering experience in design, integration or similar.
• 5+ years of aerospace engineering experience with design criteria and release processes.
• Experience with 3-D modeling and CAD tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, integrate and document payload system requirements to establish system design.
• Assist tests to validate and verify that systems meet requirements and specifications.
• Support supplier performance management, test, and production activities to meet program goals.
• Help develop new design/analysis processes to improve development efficiency.
• Investigate emerging technologies to inform future product designs.
