The Mission Integration Engineer will plan and execute payload integration and SV-level tests, collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and software engineers, and travel to launch sites for rehearsals and checkouts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working on complex hardware systems (spacecraft preferred).
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing timelines.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the planning of space vehicle I&T campaigns and drive execution on the cleanroom floor.
• Develop bus to payload integration procedures with customers.
• Plan and execute space vehicle level environmental testing (random vibration, quasi-static load, TVAC).
• Plan and execute SV level functional testing.
• Travel to launch sites for integration and checkouts.
• Develop and maintain customer system documentation and interface control documents.
• Identify and assess technical risks and coordinate with engineering teams.
