Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Payload Integration Manager to lead a skilled team responsible for payload processing and launch-site integration. You will coordinate with engineers, mission management, and customers to ensure safe, repeatable spaceflight.

The role requires at least 5 years in payload operations/integration and 3 years of managerial experience, with ITAR knowledge and strong scheduling skills using MS Project or Primavera P6. Travel to other Blue Origin sites may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, physics, aerospace engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Payload Integration team and support Payload Operations functions.
• Perform integrated payload processing studies in a 100K (ISO-8) class or higher cleanroom.
• Direct hands-on assembly, integration, and testing of payload fairings, adapters, spacecraft, and related hardware.
• Capture and implement launch system upgrades for mechanical, electrical, thermal and contamination environments.
• Develop and maintain payload integration schedules and coordinate with internal and external teams.
