Blue Origin is seeking an experienced leader to oversee assembly and integration operations in our Florida facilities. You will drive efficiency, precision, and quality across vehicle production, while developing integration plans aligned with program milestones.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in manufacturing, 5+ years in people management, and a track record of scaling production lines in high-consequence environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering field with extensive manufacturing operations experience.
• 8+ years in progressive manufacturing operations, 5+ years in people management.
• Experience leading complex high-consequence production operations (precision assembly, integration).
• Experience scaling production lines or new work centers.
• Proven ability to manage production schedules and daily execution in high-complexity environments.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize assembly and integration operations to ensure efficiency, precision, and quality across vehicle assembly production processes.
• Develop and execute integration plans and schedules to meet delivery milestones and program objectives.
• Mentor assembly and integration teams, fostering teamwork, transparency, and information sharing.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve challenges and balance daily operations with strategic planning.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance integration processes, tooling, and performance metrics.
• Monitor performance and provide updates to senior management with clear impact on program success.
• Ensure safety, regulatory, and company standards compliance; address opportunities with urgency.
• Manage budget and resource allocation for assembly and integration activities.
• Support new product introductions and scale-up of integration capabilities as programs evolve.
• Evaluate technical inputs and program criteria to make informed, quality-focused decisions.
