Qualifications

• Eight+ years of consulting or executive experience in health payer industry.
• Advanced degree from an accredited institution.
• Proven track record managing large transformation projects and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience handling regulatory complexities.
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively and authorize to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Drive development and delivery of healthcare strategy and transformation services.
• Lead cross-functional teams across process, technology, and analytics disciplines.
• Advise clients and apply industry knowledge to project execution.
