Job summary

Headway is building a more accessible mental healthcare system in the US. As a Senior Associate on the Payer Strategy & Ops team, you will be the operational and intelligence engine behind our payer commercial effort, owning dashboards, reporting, and enablement that power our fast-moving partnerships.

You will drive critical workstreams: quarterly audits of rate and intelligence, the commercial reporting cadence, and knowledge management.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in strategy/management consulting or a similar strategy & ops role where you owned complex analytical and operational problems end-to-end.
• Operationally excellent: the trains always run on time, and you manage a huge volume of moving pieces without dropping any.
• You use AI tools fluently and skeptically – you know what they’re good at, where they fail, and you never ship an output you haven’t pressure-tested.
• You are resourceful, scrappy, and leave no stone unturned.

Responsibilities

• Own the production of commercial KPI and competitive intelligence dashboards.
• Coordinate the commercial reporting cycle.
• Develop payer enablement documentation and knowledge management.
• Provide the operational backbone for the talent motion within the team.
