Job summary
Abridge is seeking a Sales Director, Payers to grow revenue with health plans nationwide. This is a quota-carrying, remote role reporting to the Senior Director of National Accounts; you will own revenue targets, build and close a pipeline of national and regional payers, and articulate the value of our AI-powered platform to payer executives.

Qualifications
- 10+ years direct sales experience in healthcare SaaS or technology.
- Proven track record selling to payers/health plans.
- Experience negotiating 7-figure contracts.
- Ability to operate with executives and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Own payer revenue targets and manage national/regional pipeline.
- Articulate value to payer executives and reduce denials.
- Develop territory plans and expand multi-year agreements.
- Collaborate with Finance/RevOps to build ROI models.
- Lead cross-functional launches with Product, Marketing, Legal.
