What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create project plans and detailed work plans to drive new client start-up to completion
- Establish regular meetings to ensure project deliverables are met
- Interact with internal and external customers to address implementation needs
- Set up customer data files related to claims and eligibility processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered by customers during implementations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of customer-facing experience in customer integrations/implementations and project management
- 5+ years of experience with X12 and clearinghouse operations in areas such as Claims and Authorizations
- 1+ years of experience working with payers
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows OS
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in a technical implementation or project management role
- Familiarity with file transfer protocols, specifically sFTP
- Experience with ANSI and HIPAA compliance
- Ability to work with large datasets and ensure data integrity
- Proven experience in leading effective coordination meetings
