What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Install, configure, and oversee the implementation of the employer's products at client sites
- Manage the installation of products on the employer's or client hardware
- Develop programs, tasks, and guidelines tailored to meet client-specific needs
- Serve as the primary technical resource for Client Services, interfacing with client technical teams
- Deliver product training and develop new client-specific requirements while coordinating and communicating with clients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 9+ years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 5 years in EDI and the US Healthcare domain
- Proficiency in Application Integration/Enterprise Application Integration
- Experience with middleware tools or messaging engines
- Strong understanding of healthcare (Payer/Provider) and EDI transactions, preferably HIPAA
- Ability to develop technical designs and manage releases

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Integration Design Patterns and various message formats (e.g., XML, STX, EDI)
- Proficient in Java programming, JavaScript, XML, HTML, and scripting languages
- Experience in technical training (internal/external)
- Knowledge of Oracle and/or SQL Server, including connection strings and SQL scripts
