Job summary

Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking a hands-on QA Manager to lead quality assurance for a complex FWA solution in healthcare. You will drive testing strategy, governance, and release readiness across business and technical teams in a fast-paced environment.

You will mentor QA staff, establish metrics and traceability from requirements to production, manage defects and risks, and balance strategic leadership with hands-on testing using Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software quality assurance leadership.
• Experience developing QA strategies, test plans, governance, and quality metrics.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar QA tools.
• Healthcare or Medicaid FWA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA strategy, test planning, oversight, and release readiness.
• Ensure coverage across functional, integration, end-to-end, regression, PAT, and UAT testing.
• Provide leadership to QA resources across business and technical teams.
• Hands-on testing, validation, and defect investigation as needed.
• Drive defect triage, prioritization, and closure; maintain traceability.
