Job summary

L-Nutra is seeking a senior partnerships leader to source grant-funded pilots with payers and governments and convert them into reimbursed, renewable programs. You’ll design pilots with Medical and HEOR to build the economic case and own contracting through enrollment, billing, and renewal.

You’ll quarterback cross-functional pursuit teams (Medical, HEOR, Commercial Ops) and scale the payer/government motion as the channel grows, with periodic travel to payers and industry events.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in payer/government business development, market access, or value-based partnerships.
• Track record of converting evidence-generating pilots or demonstration projects into reimbursed programs with payers/governments.
• Reimbursement-model fluency — program vs product vs hybrid, case-rate / PMPM, and product codes.
• Experience partnering with clinical / Medical and HEOR / health-economics teams to design pilots and build the economic case.
• Comfort quarterbacking long (12–24+ month), multi-stakeholder, cross-functional pursuits — and experience building and leading teams as the channel scales.
• Bonus: experience in digital health, food-as-medicine, medical foods, or multi-client BD (payer/government/employer); existing decision-maker relationships.

Responsibilities

• Source front-end pilots: grant-funded pilots with payers/governments, plus employer demonstrations and health-system channels.
• Partner with Medical and HEOR to design pilots that generate payers' required outcomes (A1c, BP, lipids, weight, cost savings, engagement).
• Keep pilots moving to payer-ready evidence; Medical handles delivery while you own the commercial momentum.
• Drive reimbursement-model decisions (program vs product vs hybrid) and secure contracting approvals.
• Hand off to Commercial Ops and Medical for enrollment, billing, delivery, and renewal; stay as commercial owner for renewal and expansion.
• Lead cross-functional pursuit teams across Medical, HEOR, and Commercial Ops; build and lead the channel as it scales.
• Provide market feedback on pricing, packaging, and evidence gaps to sharpen payer value.
