Job summary

Pomelo Care is seeking a cross-functional program lead to drive launches from payer file to renewal across engineering, data, clinical operations, and payer partners. You will set timelines, track dependencies across teams, and translate contracts into technical requirements, building success dashboards.

You will create playbooks to make each launch faster and more reliable while bringing structure to ambiguity and explaining data to any audience.
