Job summary

HealtheDge is seeking a senior data conversion lead to orchestrate end-to-end migration of payer data between legacy systems and HealthRules Payer or GuidingCare. You will act as the SME for Claims, Enrollment, Provider, and Authorizations, ensuring data integrity and meeting client expectations.

You will design phased conversion plans, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to deliver reusable assets and accelerators.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end data conversion projects.
• Strong knowledge of payer data domains (Claims, Enrollment, Provider, Authorizations).
• Ability to design phased conversion plans and set realistic timelines.
• Proficient in Python and SQL for data transformation and testing.
• Familiarity with data dictionaries and metadata documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data conversion between platforms ensuring data integrity.
• Serve as SME for payer data domains including data structures and business rules.
• Design phased conversion plans with mock, parallel, and full-volume loads.
