Job summary

HealthEdge is seeking an experienced Data Conversion Lead to manage end-to-end healthcare payer data migration across platforms, including from legacy systems to HealthRules Payer / GuidingCare. You will serve as SME for Claims, Enrollment, Provider, and Authorizations data domains.

You will design conversion plans, define transformation rules, lead data profiling, and develop ETL processes using Python and SQL.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of healthcare payer data experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in business or technical field.
• 12+ years in technology integrations with 7+ years in technical leadership.
• Hands-on data conversion or data migration leadership.
• ETL design and implementation across ETL lifecycle.
• SQL experience (SQL Server or equivalent) for data tasks.
• Experience with onshore/offshore delivery models.
• Python for data extraction and automation.
• Excellent communication to present status to clients and leadership.
• Team collaboration across onshore/offshore resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data conversion across platforms.
• Define transformation rules and mapping.
• Design ETL processes and data mappings.
• Generate documentation and data dictionaries.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams.
• Conduct client reviews on conversion results.
• Support post-installation testing and go-live readiness.
