Job summary

Requirements include a high school diploma, 3 years in Payee or related fields, data entry experience, and the ability to obtain ORCHARDS and Oregon Health Plan Assistor certifications within the first year.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3 years of experience in Representative Payee, Social Services, Case Management, Financial Management, Social Security processes, or a related field is required.
• 3 years of experience with data entry and data management is required.
• Must be able to obtain ORCHARDS certification.
• Must obtain Oregon Health Plan Assistor certification within the first year of employment.
• Computer skills at a moderate level, including Microsoft 365.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client assistance and referrals to NeighborImpact programs.
• Deliver Representative Payee services in accordance with SSA requirements and beneficiary interests.
• Represent NeighborImpact at community events and meetings.
• Assist with information and referrals for other NeighborImpact programs.
