Job summary

Stokes Toyota Beaufort in Beaufort, SC is seeking a Payables/Receivables Clerk to manage invoice entry in the DMS system, match invoices to PO, and process weekly checks for vendors. This role supports month-end close and requires ability to prioritize tasks.

Previous dealership accounting experience is preferred; Reynolds DMS knowledge is helpful. The position offers a standard Monday–Friday workweek with benefits including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k).

Responsibilities

• Enter invoices into DMS system and match to Purchase Orders.
• Complete check runs for vendor payments; process direct pays weekly.
• Reconcile statements monthly and contact vendors for missing invoices.
• Assist with month-end close to ensure all invoices are recorded.
• Maintain orderly filing system for receivables and payables.
• Help with other projects as needed.

Payable's /Receivables clerk, job duties include:

• Entering invoices into DMS system, matching invoices to Purchase Orders, completing check runs for payment to vendors, complete direct pays weekly
• Reconcile statements monthly, contact vendors for missing invoices
• Maintain orderly filing system for all receivables and payable's
• Helping with month end close process, making sure all invoices are received and entered for month end financial
• Assist with other projects as needed
• Previous experience in dealership accounting preferred.
• Reynolds DMS knowledge helpful
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
